They soon learn that a mysterious organization is threatening the reputation, safety, and well-being of Juliet (who wound up needing to use unconventional and questionable but still-lawful methods to put away perpetrators, as well as the individual who snitched on all of them). The film follows the\u00a0<i>Psych<\/i>\u00a0characters three years later in\u00a0San Francisco, since the series finale in 2014. The movie aired on December 7, 2017 on the USA Network.<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\">[1]<\/sup>\u00a0James Roday,\u00a0Dul\u00e9 Hill,\u00a0Timothy Omundson,\u00a0Maggie Lawson,\u00a0Kirsten Nelson, and\u00a0Corbin Bernsen\u00a0all reprised their roles from the series, with frequently recurring actors\u00a0Kurt Fuller\u00a0and\u00a0Jimmi Simpson also appearing. The film was directed by series creator\u00a0Steve Franks, who co-wrote the script with Roday.
