href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ghouta\">Ghouta<\/a> who is operating a makeshift hospital in a <a title=\"Cave\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cave\">cave<\/a> during the <a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Syrian Civil War\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Syrian_Civil_War\">Syrian Civil War<\/a>.<sup id=\"cite_ref-5\" class=\"reference\"><a
