The film stars Salman Khan<\/a> and Sonam Kapoor<\/a>.[4]<\/a><\/sup> This is the fourth collaboration between Barjatya and Khan after their previous films Maine Pyar Kiya<\/a><\/i>, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!<\/a><\/i>, and Hum Saath Saath Hain<\/a><\/i>. The latter played a dual role<\/a> for the second time in his career after Judwaa<\/a><\/i>. With a production budget of \u20b91.80 billion<\/span> (US$26\u00a0million), Prem Ratan Dhan Payo<\/i> is one of the most expensive Hindi films<\/a>. The cinematography of the film was done by V. Manikandan<\/a>, which was edited by Sanjay Sankla. The soundtrack was composed by Himesh Reshammiya<\/a>, and the background music done by Sanjoy Chowdhury<\/a>.
